The NEW Senci SC6600iED brings increased power to Senci’s range of lightweight inverter generators. It is compact and reliable, designed for camping and caravan use. The inverter technology provides sine wave output, suitable for the most sensitive electrical equipment. This makes it an ideal unit for domestic and leisure use.

This dual fuel model has the benefit of being used on either petrol or LPG to maximise the benefits of propane efficiency and cost savings. When running on LPG the SC6600iED has an approximate fuel usage of 1.2kg/h, meaning a 19kg propane bottle would last approximately 16 hours. When using petrol, the 13.5-litre fuel tank allows for running up to 11 hours at 50% load.

The SC6600iED includes the standard safety features of a low oil and power overload shutdown to protect the generator. There is also an output indicator that allows you to easily see if the generator is producing power as it should along with a display showing Voltage, Frequency and run time. Each of the 230V sockets is also protected by individual circuit breakers. With added electric start the SC6600iED can be up and running with a push of a button, while still having the recoil start included as backup.

The AC output on this generator is smoothed to <3% THD, making it ideal for use on most sensitive appliances. Weighing only 59kg when dry it is one of the lightest 6kW inverter generators on the market. With a built-in wheel kit and pull-out handle, this generator can be easily moved and transported. The canopy on the SC6600iED keeps the noise level low to 64dB(A) at a distance of 7 metres.

Along with all the above features, the SC6600iED also includes an ECO mode to allow the engine speed to be reduced when powering lower wattage appliances. This will drop the noise level and increase fuel efficiency of the generator, assisting in a longer service life of the engine.
